Frequently asked

Is MillionChart really free?+

Yes. A free account has the whole chart with small limits: 4 charts on one screen and 3 alerts. MillionChart Pro ($20 a month or $199 a year — free during the beta) lifts every limit and opens all four MillionAlgo studies; the MillionAlgo indicator plans open them too and include Pro.

Do I need an account?+

Not to look. An account — Google, ten seconds — keeps your layouts, drawings, alerts and paper trades across devices.

How far back does the data go?+

Gold daily candles from 2008, hourly from 2023 and every minute from mid-2025; the minute archive grows every day. Forex, crypto and indices follow the same pattern.

How do I get alerts on Telegram?+

Connect Telegram once in Account → Notifications (or from the alert dialog). Every alert you choose then arrives there with a picture of the chart.

How do I start the free Pro month?+

Sign in and press Start on the Pro month card in the chart, or on the plans page. It runs 30 days from that moment, once per account.

Where do I pay for a plan?+

Choose it on the plans page; the payment happens on MillionAlgo's secure checkout and brings you straight back.

How do I change my password or turn on two-factor?+

Account → Privacy and security: password, two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, and the devices signed in.

Is MillionChart a broker?+

No. Nothing on MillionChart is a real order. Paper trading is simulated on real prices, for practice only.
